It is with the deepest of sympathies, that I have to inform you all of the passing of one of our longest serving members. Mr Norman Pavitt aged 93, passed away over the weekend, following a recent stroke. His love for fishing far outweighed his talent; but this never dampened his spirit and would attend every match religiously. His perseverance paid off as he was one of only a couple of anglers to win the Feast Cup. As you can see by the pictures below, the reaction he received upon finally winning something was immense. Everyone present was extremely pleased for him. He is survived by 2 daughters and his much loved son Trevor, who could be seen at every match carrying not only his own tackle, but also his dads. He was a much loved character, and will be sorely missed. Our condolences go out to Trevor and the rest of the family.
